The 1892 Spookhuis Country Café is one of our great attractions. Here you will enjoy fabulous picnic baskets under the shade of ancient milkwood trees on the edge of the lagoon. Or around roaring fires if there is a chill in the air. Fresh breads are baked each day, herbs and vegetables are gathered from our garden and you can select your favorite South African wine from our cellar. Open 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Browse through our market and select your own organic vegetables, homemade jams, chutney, breads, cheese and cured meats to take home. Braai baskets with delicious marinated meats and food items can be pre-ordered for our self-catering guests.
